It has now been 17 days and the item has still not reached the destination. Air cargo should have taken no more than 14 days. I am not happy with the service and may as well have sent it by shipping , would have been half the price as well. !! I have had to ring myself to find out what is happening. They promised on Thursday last week to call me on Saturday and today is Tuesday. Each time i call, i get a polite gentleman promising to ring me back, not once have i had a call back.
