I have been sending parcels to Pakistan using this service for quite sometime but last few months, their service has been very very poor. They have increased their prices and service has gone down. Parcel sent by Sea takes 3 months and by Air takes 5 to 6 weeks. You try to contact them but no one answers the calls, when they answer, they are only telling lies, very bad customer service. This cargo service is not reliable at all.”
