This is a fraud company please avoid them as we sent our parcel on 9th July and paid for air cargo but my family didn't receive parcel yet. When I ask them for tracking number they kept saying we'll call u back. Please report them to ombudsman because this is fraud company. Our luggage was 1500 worth and 300 for air cargo. These thrives aren't answing calls now. Please please avoid them.
