I have been their customer but they lost me as this time they not only charged 10£ extra than mentioned on receipt but also there were very important gifts missing from my luggage worth almost £500 , whenever I call them they say wait. Fortunately I am a journalist so making a report for TV as well as taking them in consumer court.
