I booked my parcel for Pakistan on 18 October and promised to be delivered on 14 December but up to today 20 December I am in Pakistan and waiting for my parcel every time I call get the same answer parcel is with custom in Karachi and I don’t know how long it will take to clear from custom. I request to management please take special action to clear the shipment.
