I used their air cargo service, where a member of their team collected cargo from my house on 14th December. It’s not delivered yet and whenever I call them, either they don’t answer or if they do all they say is that cargo is still with customs. They haven’t provided me with any contact number of their pakistan office. I am really annoyed by their poor service. They keep on saying it wil be delivered within a week but now they are not even answering.
