Sent my parcel in September and now it’s new year. 100s of calls, messages, messenger msgs but some random person sends a msg once after few weeks that they are locating or contacted via email or it will be delivered soon. Still waiting it to be delivered. And no one has answered why it’s so late. So fed up of this service now that I will never use it again. In the past they were brilliant and I had recommended to my whole family and we were all sending parcels regularly till this happened. Won’t be using it again. You have lost your regular customers I am afraid.
