I send my parcel 15 weeks ago I send it at the end off December but still didn’t deliver I am calling them every day but no one picking up the phone from 3 weeks before when they answer the phone every time they said next week , next week,now they are not answering the phone I send the cargo over 100 kg . They don’t have the courtesy to pick up the phone and advise what’s going on. Very very much disappointed and very bad service.
