They charged me another £30 for over £1000 pound luggage with expensive items and emailed me after 8 months. They had collected the stuff on the 29th September 2023. After zillions if calls they did not respond and I discovered that they are no longer operating but when I received an email on Eid saying that there was a red sea issue due to which there is a delay and I took a risk paid them another £30 as they requested and today half my luggage arrived with 2 suitcases missing!!!! And stuff taken out of my suitcases which is appalling and TCS said the remaining stuff nay arrive separately. They are fraudulent and liars. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM and DO NOT TRUST!
