My name is asha khan I send cargo with this company 7 sacks on the 10th of October 7 months now I received a email saying I need to pay £30 more due to extra customer charges I went to pay it but my bank said they are not giving much information to do a transaction looks forgelant I been trying to call them they don't answer temp out of order message I am very worried about my cargo as I am going to Pakistan and all my stuff is in that cargo bab bad company how is this allowed to happen they should not be allowed to traid
