I am shocked at the way they treat their customers. I had arranged a collection with them and then on the day of collection they said I never had arranged a collection and hung up on me after I tried to get them to check their records. I called again and told them to check their records properly because they record their calls and then I gave my mobile number and through that they found my details. However they blamed me for providing incorrect post code but I told them that did not mean their driver should avoid calling me as they had promised he would call before coming to collect by arranging a suitable time on the day of collection. They hung up me again and I redialled and they promised to check with their driver and get back to me. They never got back to me so I rang again and they put me on to yet another person who refused to speak English and refused to let me speak to their manager and yet again they hung up on me. This is a terrible unprofessional business that plays with customer's emotions and are not to be relied upon. I would warn anyone wanting to deal with these people to be careful!!
