Horrible service. First of all had issues with the pickup. Beared with it and eventually delivered my stuff to them. It was shipped in July and it’s november but I only received half of my stuff. Was told it would come in another shipment and even that hasn’t been received. They have also lost two of my air cargo cartons and whenever I call or message I get no response since they have no answers for me . 60kgs of my sea cargo is also lost and not accounted for and no one gives any answers!!! Appalled at the service and the customer service they have provided me. Have called other cargo companies in london and they have delivered my stuff within 7 days. Yet the stuff from July with this company still not here. Management needs to be more courteous and be less aggressive when replying to customers will be posting screen shots soon.
