Firstly they didnt give atcual rates on website then while picking up luggage they extra charged us for the bags.which they dont usually. Then they were two weeks late for delievry. And when they delievred after several callls
the worse of all they took out our things of about 20 pounds.seriously this is the service straight theft.please dont use this service please
