Horrible experience. Completely unreliable. Didn’t arrive on time and most of the items are missing. Haven’t got a reply regarding my inquiry. My Family received the parcel today with half the stuff missing.. I sent cosmetics (i.e. mascara eye palette and a couple of lipsticks etc) headphones and a couple of kids fancy costumes along with other clothes. All the above items apart from a few clothes is not there
