Very very poor customer service!!! Staff fib you off with lies. Have not had a tracking number given to me for 3 weeks now!!! They keep saying 2 to 3 days etc etc lies lies lies! Asked for manager to call me they keep saying no manager is around!I am very upset as this was a birthday present. I feel like they may have lost my parcel :(.....
