Meant to come and collect stuff yesterday 21/3/19 between 11-2. No one phoned and turned up. Phoned
at 1.50pm to enquire if anyone is coming and I was told that they are running late. Waited/wasted whole day. Tried calling back so many times, sent texts but no reply. So rude - could’ve just phone and said we are unable to collect. Awful service. Won’t be recommending it to anyone. I’m sure if I get hold of someone they will give me reason which will not make any sense.
