I called 3 weeks ago to arrange a date for collection and then rang them twice one day before and they kept saying that they will call me to confirm timing and then on the day of collection I had to call again as I did not get any response and they told me that we live too far away and will not be able to come to us. Pathetic service treating people as if they are working in Pakistan. I don’t have any words to say, I can only advice others not to use their service. I live in Kent on their website they have mentioned that they cover this area!!!!but telling me that I am too far from their place. You need to take Kent out of your website as you do not cover this area!!! There is no consideration of someone else’s time , I have wasted 4 weeks in total , could easily have got someone else !!! Zero rated service. If you do not cover the area then the company could have told me the first day I called!!!!
