I have used this company 2 times. Each time I have had issues. They never turn up on the time they say. As a customer you wait the whole day expecting them to turn up. When you call them for an update, they always say they are coming and hours later you are still waiting. In no way do they provide a reliable or efficient service. When I complained about the service I received, I was told that a discount would be given for all the inconvenience. Nothing received. In fact my elderly parents paid whatever they asked and were not even told that they had a discount. I will never be using this company again. Unfortunately not a reliable or honest service.
