A set of 4 parcels under 82816 was handed over on 02 August 19 to reach Lahore by 15th Sept 19 but only 2 parcels could reach the recipient whereas promised to deliver the remaining 2 parcels in a weeks time but it did't deliver and the worst part is our flight back to London is in two days- quite disturbing .
