Don’t trust their 5 star rating. This is the second time I send my parcel through them. And the promise they made to you that your parcel will reach in time , is a big big lie. As the first time I send my parcel it was late and some of my stuff was missing . And now a send my parcel in March but still after 3 months they are making excuses everyday that it will be with you tomorrow. And I think this tomorrow will not come.
