POOR Customer Service. First time ordering online with this company. The website was painstakingly slow to navigate and it took several attempts before my order went through as the website kept saying failed transaction. But the payment actually came out of my account. A confirmation email has not even been received to confirm my order and 2 days has elapsed (checked my spam inbox and no email there). I sent an email to their customer care team via their website and got an auto response message that someone would call me back shortly. Still waiting. I definitely won't be using this company again. First impressions certainly count!!!
