Don’t believe reviews that give 5 stars I have never in my life come across such a set of cowboys. Absolutely poor customer service, one item never arrived, one item was opened and the third was missing 20% of the conditioner due to a leak prior to posting. I sent photos and was told they checked CCTV and trusted their suppliers and the products were of a great standard. How disrespectful to a new customer- I will never order from Pak Cosmetic again!

I am a returning customer! I purchased perfumes and more Fashion Fair products as I refuse to pay extortionate prices online for discontinued products. Pak Cosmetics are amazing - I received the products in perfect condition, the real thing and at really good prices. This is my second purchase. I’m still failing to understand why this Company have had some bad reviews. Maybe I’m lucky but as a person who buys a lot online I’m very impressed with Pak Cosmetics especially the fast delivery!

I purchased makeup, Astral etc from Pak Cosmetics for the first time. I was weary because of the reviews on here but I have just received my delivery two working days after ordering (free delivery 2-5 days) so I’m impressed with the delivery timescale. The products were packaged well and arrived in good condition. I’ve just checked all the products and they are all fine so I have no complaints whatsoever and at such reasonable prices I am ordering some more products today.

I contacted customer service regarding a delivery on a item I purchased 3 days earlier this is there reply It is lack of using this ‘common sense’ that we have to explain the simplest of procedures. Every company / retailer / seller requires time to PROCESS ONLINE orders. You didn’t order takeaway food that it would be ready in 15mins and then collected by an Uber delivery guy who would then deliver it in the next 15mins. It is COMMON KNOWLEDGE once order is placed online there is a processing time of at least two days unless an express delivery service is selected and paid for in which case order is dispatched the same day. POOR Customer Service. First time ordering online with this company. The website was painstakingly slow to navigate and it took several attempts before my order went through as the website kept saying failed transaction. But the payment actually came out of my account. A confirmation email has not even been received to confirm my order and 2 days has elapsed (checked my spam inbox and no email there). I sent an email to their customer care team via their website and got an auto response message that someone would call me back shortly. Still waiting. I definitely won't be using this company again. First impressions certainly count!!!

Firstly, the only thing that this company should be "Pak-in" is the original content of their products as most of their hair wigs on display have been altered from its true formation and re-stocked back into its boxed packaging. Unknown to their customers whom will ask to try these wigs on, which I should mention is no longer allowed due to the health precautions being taken (which most hair stores now use to their advantage to allow no exchanges or refunds) even though other hair stores accept access to try on but only with the ones already on display since no one intends to invest in them anyways...these trusting customers will end up selecting their treasured gem from the lineup of head mannequins upon the store's shelves (genuine version) only to take it home with them to end up admiring a completely different preference of nomination to the one that they had decided to award their curiosity's devotion of lustful intent with a value that should have been true to the worth already established. Upon closer inspection, which the store staff purposely do not allow the customer to enquire deeper into, the hair within the boxed packaging has had a vast amount of lines of hair cut off to add onto another creation of the same styled wig. This unagreed alteration only makes the final look of what has been left to the customer feel less volumized and duller, changing any optional styling techniques of that wig to non-existent since a lot of improvisation will now need to be made to live up to the expectations photographed upon it packaging. I have personally on many occasions had to buy more packages of similar hair weaves to that chosen wig style, to try and find the time to sew them into the foundation of my wig's base to help to bring its bounce back to life since I have a long face palate and cannot afford to entertain such errors allowed to take place just to satisfy ones hunger for more money intake. I am surprised that such brands as "SENSATIONNEL" have allowed such adaptations to their original products to take place that should be made illegal (if not already) since it continues to con their customer base whom expect what is seen to also be what is being dealt but is unfortunately not being met, with no solution for change put in place to make any investment worth its keep. I guess one could now say, "Paks" ain't quite packing it like they used to and maybe should perhaps just stick to the facts and backtrack with the cutbacks at first glance so their customers can stop hesitating to comeback.

customer service zero. I made an online purchase do not send me the order because they say that the tranzazione was not successful.I hope after 3 days the money disappeared from my card and the tranzazione is valid.a they do not care if they keep my money and do not respond to my emails.

I have tried many shops in the past for cosmetics/hair products but Paks cosmetics have been the best each and every time. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Customer service is very efficient and delivery is really prompt. Well done Paks cosmetics.

Pakscosmetics are a really good company to order from. Any problems and they contact you straightaway to resolve. I've used them for many years and have always been happy with them.
