It is lack of using this ‘common sense’ that we have to explain the simplest of procedures.
Every company / retailer / seller requires time to PROCESS ONLINE orders.
You didn’t order takeaway food that it would be ready in 15mins and then collected by an Uber delivery guy who would then deliver it in the next 15mins.
It is COMMON KNOWLEDGE once order is placed online there is a processing time of at least two days unless an express delivery service is selected and paid for in which case order is dispatched the same day.

“POOR Customer Service. First time ordering online with this company. The website was painstakingly slow to navigate and it took several attempts before my order went through as the website kept saying failed transaction. But the payment actually came out of my account. A confirmation email has not even been received to confirm my order and 2 days has elapsed (checked my spam inbox and no email there). I sent an email to their customer care team via their website and got an auto response message that someone would call me back shortly. Still waiting. I definitely won't be using this company again. First impressions certainly count!!!”
