First visited Pall Mall at Trafalgar about 3 years ago on a business trip from NZ. Was offered a whisky and a had a haircut, great experience all round. Since moving to London I have continued getting the good service but must admit I miss the odd dram which lured me back to their shop on the first place. Maybe it will return?? Always friendly, clean and professional, worth the price (although a whisky would be a nice touch).
