I've been going to Pall Mall Barbers for so long, I struggle to put a number on it! Seven years now I think? As you can imagine, to stick with them all that time is a sign that I am very happy with the service they provide. The haircuts are superb, the Trafalgar Square branch is gorgeous, the staff are wonderfully friendly and (pre-pandemic at least) there was a choice of rum or whisky on the house! In particular, I'd single out Marii, the barber I've been loyal to for roughly the last six years. It's always a joy to catch up with her :)
