I had an appointment with Alex at the Bishopsgate branch. The appointment was booked late on Sunday evening online for Monday morning. The booking system worked with no problem. The appointment was a 30 minute beard trim/shape. I haven't ever had an appointment like that before but Alex explained exactly what he was going to do and then set about getting it done. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. I didn't mention to Alex that I had a job interview today. I have to say that having this appointment beforehand relaxed me and made me look better and feel more confident. I couldn't recommend it more highly and if I get the job I'll be back for a haircut next.
