I had my first haircut here today, I can honestly say that this was the most satisfying and technically wonderful haircut i have ever received. I made an appointment with Cara at the Bishopsgate salon, I was greeted with a lovely welcome and she genuinely seemed to care about what i wanted and about the standard to which this was achieved. Conversation was lovely and friendly and I was talked through each and every process taken during my haircut and style; advising me on how to dry and style my hair, going into detail about technique and which products to use. Once the cut was completed, Cara sincerely seemed to care about how happy i felt about the finished result. I have never in my life met a hair stylist who was as thrilled as I was about the result, I had every confidence in her throughout, however she realised how much more confident the cut made me feel and i could see how happy that made her too. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and Cara in particular. I shall definitely be returning here as often as possible. In short, this was the best haircut of my life.
