I had both a haircut and shave with Cara at the Bishopsgate branch this week and it was a great experience. I was instantly made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived and the conversation was free flowing throughout. She cut my hair to make it look thicker and fuller and seemed very knowledgeable. She proceeded to give me the closest shave I have ever had and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. She talked me through the whole process with recommendations on products and techniques. She obviously knows what she's talking about.
