After trying a few different barbers in London, I visited Pall Mall Barbers on a whim and have never looked back! The work they do is fantastic - the best I've ever known at really listening to what you'd like done and reflecting that in the haircut they provide. I can't recommend Marii enough, who I've been getting my appointments with for almost three years now. She's excellent at what she does and even having gone to her for so long, she can still come up with ideas and suggestions for how to make a welcome change to my style.
