Exceptional as always. Been to PMB on 4 occasions and used 3 different barbers - they've each exceeded expectations every time. They really listen to you whilst also using their own expertise to make suggestions, this adds a collaborative element to each cut, combining the customer's wishes with the barber's craftsmanship.
