I cannot fault Erin at PMB. She is attentive. She understands what the wants are. She gives good advice and she is not at all precious. If I want a chatty shave she gives it. If I decide I want to be silent throughout the shave I can tell her as much and she won't be in the slightest bit offended but more than that she keeps quiet herself. Her understanding of how each strand of hair grows and how it is different in some places to others on the beard is second to none which means she adapts to the hair and you always end up with a style that suits your beard and face. She is quite frankly a marvellous artist with the best attitude!
