I agree about the booking system being cumbersome and a bit rubbish mentioned by a previous reviewer but once you have your appointment you get a very good service. Not fancy, no real frills but everything you need. I go to Clemence at Trafalgar Square and she is an excellent hair cutter and will listen to what you want and do exactly that or you can leave it to her and she does a great job.
