Guy on reception was really surly, too busy talking to his mate. After waiting for appointment, the barber said he couldn't do hair and beard despite that being exactly what I asked for. Also, there is nowhere to hang your coat, the waiting bench wasn't fixed down and slid around, the place was dirty and nobody even acknowledged my presence while waiting, never mind offer refreshment. After finding out the barber couldn't do beards I walked out as, frankly, the place ain't cheap and should be a lot more pleasant for the money. They may be great at cutting hair, I'll never know and don't want to.
