Great relaxed and comfortable environment from the moment you walk in. Before the haircut we had a good chat about what I wanted and how it would work with my hair, and it made me feel very comfortable about what I was going to get (something you don't always get).
Felt very happy with what I got and the information about how to maintain it between cuts.
