I had short hair for years and decided that the time had come to grow it. Pall Mall looked like it might be the right place to go, so I read the comments online for the Fitzrovia shop and was impressed by what people said about Cara. So I booked an appointment - which proved to be the right thing to do. Cara was easy to get on with and talk to - and understood what I wanted to do with my hair. A few months later, I'm really pleased with how it looks - and it's a pleasure to see Cara every few weeks to keep it looking smart...
