I've been visiting the Fitzrovia branch since I moved to London six months ago - booking is very easy and straightforward online and every time I've been they've been running on time. Staff are all very professional and friendly; always offered a drink on arrival.
I book Cara to cut my hair, she always does an amazing job and is very friendly as well.
Pricing is very reasonable for central London - thoroughly recommended.
