I've been going to the Fitztovia branch for around 2 years. The haircuts are ALWAYS excellent.
The staff are like a family.
There is always an offer of a hot or cold drink.
The only thing that makes it a 4 instead of 5 star rating is that the average wait time is around 10 minutes after your appointment time.
