I am a frequent visitor to the trafalgar square branch, where I always have a brilliant cut/overall experience! Yesterday I decided to visit the Liverpool street branch, and i was not as impressed! Im not entirely sure why, but about 20 mins was spent purely on the lower back part of my head, using about 6 different shavers and swapping between all of them frequently ( i asked for the same as i always ask and never had this before ). Because of this, and because of how harshly he was using these shavers i got home to have some painful sores/rashes on the back of my neck! Not very nice at all!
