I went to the Trafalgar Square branch. Despite being 20 minutes late due to the early morning rush hour, Michael still welcomed me with open arms. The styles he suggested for my haircut were reasonable and he was a very friendly person whom I had a very nice conversation with throughout the cut. I thought the haircut turned out well because I got quite a few compliments after! And for £27, I think it's a reasonable price! I think the one thing that can be improved on would be the part when the barber washes your hair. Perhaps leaning back on a chair that can bend backwards would be more ideal so that it does not feel like you are suffocating while washing your hair face down like they do it.
