Haircut by Elias was absolutely excellent - no complaints there.
However, I wasn't offered a coffee or anything to drink by the receptionist whilst waiting. I obviously wouldn't normally care, but the bloke who entered right after me was offered one. Was it my age? Hence 4 stars, and not 5.
