Romeo has been cutting my hair for over a year now. He always does a great job. He's friendly and reliable and the salon in Fitzrovia is well located, clean and well run. Their prices are reasonable for the West End. I can highly recommend Pall Mall barbers and in particular, Romeo next time you need a haircut.
