Absolutely disgusted with this company. We paid for a service on the 30 July which did not happen and we are still waiting for a refund (over 4 months later). The day they were supposed to pick up they called to say they could not do it for the amount paid. They then offered another solution for 3 times the amount. We declined this and are still waiting for a full refund.
