Wow, the worst delivery experience ever!
Sent a pallet of stone geese to a customer in Yorkshire, Instead they got electrical equipment!
Discovered that the geese were in Germany and told delivery would be put right quickly. Agreed refund of postage charges and passed these back to my customer. Weeks went by and at this point the customer was becoming less patient so I suggested I would make another pallet up and ship to the customer and they could send the pallet from Germany back to me. They were expecting to charge me for this at full rate so I just used another company.
Original pallet sent in early July and finally declared lost on 3 September. Took until mid December to pay out when threatened with further action.
Communication was all one way, if I wanted an update I had to seek it.
