I don't think you should ask customers to review your company or its practices until the order is received. I cannot rate your service until it is complete. All of the following questions are about the delivery which hasn't even happened yet. My rating is only for ease of ordering and for the free shipping provided. Maybe wait until customers have experienced the who,e process?
