I had questions,tried on line to get help. Did not work. Tried again, no response. Called the 800 number, got a response in a timely manner.
Could not figure out how to get the 10% discount, gave up. I have this problem with online companies. They offer discounts, but dont give the promo codes and give you the run around so you do not get it.
