The reviews speak for themselves. Terrible customer service after deliberately not packing my milk. They refuse to replace because they will incur a delivery fee. The bad reviews speak for themselves. I spend about £160 a month and today will be the last. £1800 a year they are not receiving from me. Adding up other potential lost sales on this page it could easily be £5000 a year. Others that have stopped shopping due to bad service should be more than that. Bad service costs sales. No repeat sales for you. Well done 👏🏾
