Irritated Customer
I ordered a case x200 shotgun shells from Palmetto State Armory on 12/3/2021. Within about a week I received a package with only x20 rounds. I immediately wrote an email to support which received no response. I attempted to call several times, sitting on hold for 45 minutes+ each time. When I finally did get through to someone I was told I needed to send a picture of the ammo I received and they would get back to me the next day, which I did, but I never received any further response from Palmetto. I called again on 12/17/21 and waited for another 40 minutes+ only to be told they could not send me the remainder of my ammunition order and that they would issue a refund for the 180 shells I did not receive. I held my temper with the peon on the phone as she was only doing her job, but I was understandably livid. Both agents I spoke to were basically useless drones doing the companies dirty work and they were not helpful at all. This has by far been my worst experience with any customer service ever! I expected better from an American company. I was originally referred to Palmetto by a friend of mine because I was hoping to buy a rifle in the next couple months, but after this, I will never purchase anything buy from Palmetto State Armory again. Regardless of their product, Palmetto is a garbage company with terrible customer service and I will be filing a charge-back with my credit card company for the 20 shells I received if I don't get a full refund.
