I purchased the gf99 shotgun. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, they emphatically pronounced that they do not stand behind anything they sell, that they do not make. I guess if they do not manufacture it, they will not provide the appropriate customer service. A company should stand behind what they sell. It shouldn't matter where they get their product from. Beware of this! I will no longer be wasting my time or money with this crappy company.

They are the worst customer service of ANY gun shop. Their sales person was condescending. When there are crowds them make no effort to expedite the process even with multiple person around the store doing nothing but talking to each other. No organization on who to serve next. If you were then next that came to the counter unless you look as if you have money or a big boobs you may get skipped. Their attitude is we don’t need any one customer because we have so many. Prices are cheap, but their knowledge is average at best and service 2 on a scale of 10. Go to a local gun shop and get attention and correct advice/guidance. You may pay 10-25% more but worth it. Purchase from them 4 different time and always the same. I will never purchase anything their again nor advise anyone either to go their.

I'm a frequent customer of PSA, or now more likely a former customer and a current hater of PSA. They have recently changed their shipping policy to Alaska. Very recently. Sometime within the last few weeks they decided to require a freight forwarder in order to complete all orders to Alaska. To those of you who don't know what that is, that is a third-party shipping service usually specializing in shipping large (think engine blocks) or sensitive (hazmat) items. So...now PSA requires that ALL orders (even non-bulky, non-hazmat items) to Alaska go through a freight forwarder. Uh. No. Keep your items and I'm confident that 99% of other Alaska customers will feel likewise. Yes, I'm sure you'll still sell FFL-items, but accessories and parts are where margins are and you just lost us. Here's the scoop PSA, I don't see anyone wanting to add $100 to shipping every time we order from you.

Have made several attempts to solve a warranty issue on a dagger slide that jams . Last time it did with a live round while at the range . It was a dangerous situation . Reach out to palmetto on this issue with in my 30 day warranty . I resolved one email asking about what grain rounds I was using . Absolutely nothing sense not even in my spam . It's seams taking your money and honoring there warranty do not go hand and hand. I feel I have been repeat off and ignored .

I purchased a G Force over/under shotgun and completed the Federal Paperwork. Upon opening the box, I realized the gun was scratched on the side and numerous scratches where the barrels fit the stock. I called Palmetto State and was informed that it was not their problem per a change a week and a half ago which stated any warranty items had to go thru the manufacturer. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor refused to speak with me because the policy would not be changed. I have been a customer several times with Palmetto State but this will be the last purchase and I urge others to read the fine print before purchasing a item from a company that will NOT stand behind items they sell.

Called them back again about my missing shipment. Again same story said ups denied the claim. That they would reopen it. I spoke with ups they said it was approved. Palmetto takes your money quickly but provides the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t waste your money or time with this shady outfit.

Ordered a handgun from PSA. My ffl though came up on a list of NFL's said his info needed updating. He's called twice, emailed his info twice and still firearm hasn't been shipped after a week. I called and they really offered no solution except choose another ffl. Didnt seemed too concerned. I guess they have plenty of business.

Palmetto won't ship legal hand guns to Illinois. I know crazy ass state. But the FN Five 7 with a 10 round mag is perfectly legal to own and ship to Southern Illinois. They could care less. Oh well.

An ammo shipment from these clowns was lost. Not their fault I understand. But they have been of no help at all. I was told that I have to deal with ups. They have made no effort at all to get ups to finish their “investigation “. People do not spend your money with palmetto. Ever. Worst customer service, all the reps do is quote “company policy”. Their policy is to just not care about the customer. I have spent over 11000 dollars with palmetto I’m the last two years and never complained once. Spend your money ay ammunition depo or battle hawk armory. Ammunition depo has excellent customer service and battle hawk has the best prices. Exception is palmetto 6.5 grendel. But never again! I didn’t get my ammo!

Ordered an AR 15 that was supposed to come with iron sights and did not. Was told to contact the manufacturer even though PSA sold it to me. Not cool and not helpful

I have been a good customer with palmetto. Spent close to $11000 in the last two years with them. I have never complained once. And I have received a damaged firearm and missed a few items. Never complained, not once. Three weeks ago an ammo shipment went missing. Almost 600 dollars. They have been completely unhelpful. I spoke with Caleb, Juli, rakeivius and Melissa. All any of them were capable of doing was quoting company policy. It was clear that they were all accustomed and well prepared to deal with unhappy customers. They must get a lot of phone calls like mine. I asked for a supervisor “ they don’t take calls”. Quote calub. Blamed it on me, said ups could not get ahold of me. Untrue. If I was a regular at bitching and complaining I could see but I have been a good customer and never once complained. I told them they had lost a customer their response was ok bye. DONT do business with palmetto. Worst customer service ever.

I bought a gift certificate in the amount of $200 and never got an e-mail with the code to use for the purchases. I canceled the other, 2 weeks later, after speaking with several people at costumer service, each with a different answer. One of the answers was that the item was in the warehouse waiting for shipment. (???) The recipient was supposed to get an e-card!! So, needless to say that costumer service is that bad. I never got any communication or my money back! Dishonest to say the least! Way to go Palmetto!!!

I placed an order for a handgun on 9/13. I made sure to order one IN STOCK. I was out of town when the order was placed online in case it was a temporary sale. I also made sure I ordered it from the Sam Rittenberg location because its close. I figured I'd go in when I got back into town and just pick it up, because it was being "shipped" to that location as my FFL choice. I went into the store on 9/19 and was THEN told, it may not even be there by 9/27 due to truck space !!!!!!!!!! This is the second order I;ve placed online and yet another fiasco like this has happened. In general it's an OK store, online - do NOT use unless you have thepatience of a death row prisoner.

If I’m over the shipping department I will fired everyone in shipping department's and between Charlotte NC and Columbia, South Carolina less than two hours driving. I ordered on 8/26 today is 9/10/2024 till now I have not received my package and they send me emails saying your package is delivered I called store they said we did not receive any package I called customer service automated system is said you get refund send an email to the Customer Service. It said still in the process I have no idea what kind of business they’re doing. everyone should be get fired who work in the business and higher professional people

I ordered an AR pistol lower from PSA. First time it was shipped it went to a UPS facility in the next town and not delivered to my FFL. I received a message from PSA stating my order was "ready for customer pickup". I called PSA and they said the FFL must have requested a hold - they did not. I asked PSA to request it be returned and re-shipped to my FFL. 2nd time it got there. Upon unpacking it at home, I find the forward assist sticks and gets jammed. I email PSA and describe the problem. They say they want a video and a better description. I'm unable to provide a video but told them for the 2nd time what the problem is and requested they contact me to arrange a return and repair. So far, their warranty/customer service is being difficult in facilitating a repair. If they remedy the situation, I will update the review. But at this point I'm very dissatisfied with PSA and their customer service.
