This review is on there customer service not the product. I notice that as they get larger, their customer service is becoming worse and worse. i called because I had a repair issue That I knew was my fault, and I was willing to pay to have it fixed. I called and after navigate through so many automated commands to push what button I finally got ahold of somebody and that person told me to file a clame with a warranty and repairs, and he said they would contact me. The problem was I used the wrong cleaning rod and I got the rod so far in the barrel It was stuck, so I needed to replace the barrel i he even acknowledged that this was my fault. i filed the warranty claim like I was told to and all I got back was an email saying, put it in a vice and pull it out! i was dumbfounded, this person must not have known anything because any rational person would have tried that first before they called someplace. i responded to the email stating then I had tried that and that I had ripped the handle off the cleaning rod, trying to get it out. So yes, I needed a barrel, and I'm willing to pay for it. I never got a response from that email. so I went ahead and purchased a barrel from a different manufacturer. So there's p*** poor customer service is causing them to lose sales.

Rip off, cheap useless guns, no working phone numbers, ignored emails, etc. Bought a Boundkraft shotgun from Palmetto because the price was cheap. I should’ve known better. Gun jammed on the very first shot and continued to jammed every shot after that until I stop shooting. Emailed Palmetto and they said bluntly we can’t help you because we’re not the manufacturer, then ignored every email after that. This also came from someone’s email that was in the #Warranty division. What is the point of having a #Warranty division if you can’t help anyone. So I called the manufacturer boundkraft and they don’t even respond and there’s no working phone number for them as well. Stay far away from this rip off company and they’re cheap guns.

Terrible company. My son bought a foreign made 12 gauge shotgun. It’s absolute trash. They won’t do anything about it. You have to contact the maker. Well we won’t buy anything else from PSA and advise anyone who sees these to shop elsewhere

I have been a customer for many years. I tried to order ammo for two weeks and the website is having so many issues it would not work. I thought it was me. I had my wife try. She could not get it to work. There are too many issues to address in this post. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Absolute WORST company I've EVER dealt with. Never received my ammo I ordered. Supposedly it was delivered to my house but after extensive searching and asking local neighbors NOTHING was delivered. I even had the shipping protection which I've always had in the past and now I know after this recent issue that their "shipping protection" that you pay extra for is a complete scam! Stay far away from these deadbeats because it's unlikely you'll get what you paid for. I now paid for something I have NOTHING to show for!!!

Honestly I’m leaving a review for their customer service. I placed three orders on the 30th of July and now I’ve never had a problem with PSA until now. 2 of my orders were flagged as fraud. PSA made no attempt to contact me before canceling two out of my three orders that were placed. When I contacted PSA customer service on two occasions told me their fraud/finance department would get a hold of me but no one ever did. I was on a time crunch to get these parts in and PSA did more to waste my time then they did to help. On top of issuing a refund which is now gonna take a week almost for me to get back I have to spend an additional $1k plus just to get the parts I need again and there was no help with getting a faster shipping. In all seriousness this was enough for me to no longer do business with PSA. Their communication between their departments has proven to be horrible and their communication with their customer seems to be worse. Honestly very disappointed with OSA and extremely frustrated.

I have always got great products from this company and they are always fast to fix problems. I hope they won’t go to using AI on their phone service. I want to talk to a human. The AI chat sucks and I hope they will get rid of it.

Despite the description on the PSA website AND on the package itself, these mags did not fit my H&K USP .40 cal. I tried to contact PSA through their chat bot only to be informed (multiple times) that no agents were available to help me. I finally called PSA and they gave me the run-around prior to eventually sending me an RMA number and telling me I would have to pay for return shipping (after I paid the original shipping). After returning the item and verifying that the item had been received, I had to call AGAIN to remind them I was owed a refund. The refund? The cost of the item minus shipping (which I paid twice) and taxes. How a vendor handles challenges is critical and PSA failed miserably.

I ordered 8 boxes of 9 mm ammo. Palmetto State Armory shipped 6 and cancelled and refunded for 2 boxes. They did not refund any of my shipping costs, so in effect they charged me for merchandise they did not deliver, dishonest in my opinion. Will not shop here again.

Have been using them for a few years and have absolutely loved them. I recently have an issue with an order and they shipped me a wrong firearm. The issue would not be visible by the eye when inspecting it at the FFL dealer and I did not catch it for a week or so later. I reached out and they acknowledged the fact the sent me the wrong firearm and would fix the problem then will not get back to me and will not talk to me over the phone about the issue and management will not respond to any of my emails. The last call I had whatith them they were extremely rude and basically told me I didn’t know wi was talking about and would not take a moment to hear what I was saying. Very disappointing customer service and experience. I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Great products, good prices, WORST customer service on the planet. Representatives are consistently rude and uncooperative. Lots of shipping issues. Problems with about a third of the orders I have placed and getting problems resolved takes threatening legal action. It shouldn't be this hard

Went to PSA today to buy a Ruger 1022 that is supposed to be on sale for the 4th of July sale. Sale price for the synthetic is 199.99 and 229.99 for the hardwood on the deals. They had the gun in stock , but was told they did not have them for that price. I drove a total of 87 miles for this. If they will not honor their sale price, They should not advertise that price. Will not be doing any more business with a company that works like that. On the way home my wife reminded me they did the same thing to my son a year or so before.

I am a 75-year-old female and have always had a great deal of fear of firearms. My husband finally convinced me to try to learn to shoot. I took the introductory course at the Florence, SC Armory. Alissa was my instructor. She was so patient and so kind and did much to calm my nerves. Her knowledge and skill were very impressive. She explained and demonstrated every aspect from safety to loading to firing. She then guided me through each step and was so encouraging that I felt I could try another session. I had a long discussion with both Alissa and Wes (the range manager) about different types of firearms. Wes asked me questions and showed me several different pistols as he explained the differences of each. He was very honest in helping me see the advantages and disadvantages for someone in my particular situation. (small hands, weaker hand strength etc.) I ended up purchasing a Ruger and when it was delivered, Wes gave me a lesson on the specific use of my gun. He also was patient, knowledgeable and very skilled. He not only knew what to teach for the correct use of my gun, he was able to explain each detail using perfect analogies to help me understand. He was patient with my questions and as he observed my shooting, he gently corrected what I was doing wrong and was very encouraging and quick to point out what I did correctly. Because of Alyssa and Wes, my fear of handguns has been replaced with a healthy respect for their power. Since my lessons, I have been to the range several times and I am gaining skill and confidence. I have plans to get my CWP, something I never dreamed I would ever do. I owe it all to Alyssa and Wes at the Florence store and I am so grateful for everything they have done for me.

The product and pricing is ok, but customer service is awful. I purchased a 10.5" AR Pistol chambered in 300 blackout. I got a 5.56 magazine with it. I sent a message to customer service, this is what I got in return: ================================== Hello Michael, Our 300 blackout firearms come standard with a Magpul 5.56 magazine. This is the correct magazine for your firearm. Thank you for choosing Palmetto State Armory! Best Regards, Andria Palmetto State Armory Customer Service ========================== How can they think that the correct magazine for the firearm is a magazine that hold a different cartridge or "bullet" than what the firearm fires?

Ordered rifle online, paid, had it delivered to one of their stores to pick up. They would not complete my transaction because I recently updated my driver license and had the paper copy issued by the state rather than the plastic card (which would come later). I also showed them my passport and they still refused to execute the transaction. ATF website says you need a driver license OR can show passport and a proof of address, and my paper license was a legitimate state issued ID. This company will literally not serve you because they do not like the material your state issued identification is printed on. Avoid these clowns at all costs.
