I'm retired military disabled Veteran...A gun guy all my life...I buy 18-23 weapons on line per year...Mostly from KGC and Reeds....But I have never dealt with a firm as BAD as Palmetto State Armory...The reviews are correct!!! Run from PSA,dont walk away,run. I tried for months this year 2020 to buy a weapon, my tax exempt form in the hands of PSA ,confirmed, nobody their could sell me a weapon without tax...(I am betting the tax collected goes in their pockets) I was given several phone numbers to call psa... all voicemail...Never got a call back.Wrote (4) four letters to PSA, one to the owner...No Reply!!! Want a well made lower cost weapon buy a Diamondback. Made in Florida, Great Customer service, Lifetime Warranty...bottom line Palmetto State Armory Sucks!!!

This place has 0% Customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone. They were rude. I will NEVER deal with this sorry ass place again. Don't waste your time.

This may be the last time I use Palmetto State Armory. I ordered some ammo, a resetting target and a little ammo box. All items were in stock when ordered. I received shipping updates and the ammo came in a single shipment about 6 days later - acceptable. I reached out to the "help center" chat line about the remaining items, which were not even mentioned to me as being shipped yet. Chat line is terrible - "hung up" on me super quick if it takes more than 60 seconds to respond, rude and un-appreciative automated responses, etc. Two days later, the target arrived with an invoice that said the ammo box was included, which it was not. Reached out to the chat line again - same rude, quick responses stating the ammo box was still processing and they are still within their 5-7 day processing timeframe, and then they "hung up" on me again. Actually, Palmetto, it's now been 8 days and I still don't have my complete order of in-stock items! Thanks, but this is not appreciated service. What upsets me most is the terrible chat help line service.

Purchasing a riffle? I did and was super excited to have it shipped to my FFL dealer. Now, keep in mind, I live in the great state of Washington (Grrrr!) where King Inslee made it illegal to purchase and/or import any magazine greater than 10 rounds. That being said, the M&P Sport II AR15 5.56/.223 I purchased “came with” a 30-round magazine. I never saw the magazine! When I wrote in to the customer service department requesting either a 10 round replacement magazine or a $15 credit towards a 10 round I could purchase (from them). Rather than reply with something helpful, I was awarded a copy-and-pasted statement from the “Terms and Conditions” section of the of the legal company policy. Does anyone really ever read this stuff other than the company’s attorney who wrote it? Here is what I received from them: “Hello Michael, Thank You for Contacting Palmetto State Armory! Magazine Restrictions in our Terms & Conditions Palmetto State Armory abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states that have active magazine restrictions. We WILL NOT replace high-capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines. Best Regards, Tatyana Palmetto State Armory Customer Service (803) 724-6950” “Best regards”? Really? How about: “F*@K Off! We don’t care about your business!” At least it would be more sincere! Caveat emptor my fellow riflemen.

AWFUL. They are ALWAYS out of stock pf everything and their customer service is horrible. I cancelled an order and it took them two weeks to "process" a refund. They are lazy as hell and should be avoided at all cost.

I purchased magazines for my son for Christmas and just found out that they are not returnable because it’s outside the 30 day return window. I am a little disappointed that there is no extra time given with Christmas gifts. I purchased 11/30 and he opened his gift up on 12/25 to find out they don’t fit his gun. So far, customer service is unwilling to work with me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I couldn’t.

Stay away from this company, they will charge you instantly and not ship your items. You will not get a hold of anyone either. Spend your money else where, this is not worth the hassle.

These guys have belittled me and mistreated me on several occasions. When ordering online they will take your money and ghost you. Avoid these guys.

I have bought stuff from them before everything went well so I decided to drive the 75 miles to see if I could buy 2 riflles . Drove to the NC location found out they didn’t have them in stock so I was told I could order them online and have them sent there. Did it in the parking lot. Drove home thinking this wasn’t bad well I get prefer number checked it a couple times over the week see it says delivered so off for the second 75 mile one way trip and were told the website saying they were there really say nothing about that location. Dustin told me that they would send a email when they arrive. Called on Thursday and a guy there says he has seen them they are there so 3rd 75 mile trip get there and explain the deal no sorry anything like that. Still no email Dustin has the personality of a stump!!!

On December 2023 I purchase 2 mags that once they arrive they failed, so I called Palmetto to return them, and so I did, but almost 3 months later I haven't received my refund, first I was told that the credit car canceled the credit, which is really strange, then another representative told me they were going to send me a check which 3 weeks later I haven't received it, now after so much time waiting, another representative said she was going to escalate the situation and it would take about 30 days, same thing I was told before, this is unacceptable, I bough many items from them and never had to return anything, but with this experience....forget it!!.. I will never buy anything else from them, It's not a comfortable situation buying something and feeling that you would have no support at all if something goes wrong. This is it, I'm done with Palmetto.

Possibly the worst customer service of any company on the internet. I ordered a night vision scope that PSA had on sale and PSA had sent out in their daily email advertisement (@$550). After 7 days of it not shipping I find out it takes then 7 to 10 days to ship instock items. Ok that is ok. On the 10th they ship the package, but when it arrives it is not what I ordered. It was a AR build kit worth $100.00. The package arrived on a Friday after 6pm, so I tried to contact but no luck, customer service is only available M-F business hours. I contacted them again on Monday, they made me send a picture of the package which I did and they generated an RMA and shipping label for me. I Sent the package back out that same day. The package arrived on Thursday that week. I called customer service to find out when they would send out the right package and was told the return had not been cleared in their returns department. Until it was cleared in the return department they wouldn't send the right items. I waited a couple days and called back, I got a person that told me my return still had not been cleared. I asked them to convert it from an exchange to a refund. They told me it would be 15 days to process a refund. I also reached out to PSA on Facebook, but got a message that I would have to pay more money to get a refund. This sounds like a bunch of scammers that run the company. I called again on the day the refund was due and was told it will be an additional 10days. It has now been almost 2 months since my initial order. I do not have the night vision scope and I do not have my money. You can't get anyone that cares about the customer when you call customer service. Stay away from Palmetto State Armory if you don't want to be scammed.

Had a difficult time ordering a riffle kit off of this site. After switching cards multiple times the site continuing to decline my cards and I lost out on my purchase due to the product going out of stock. Very disappointed.

The weapons are fine, its the fact you cant contact them with a simple questions bought a 9mm and a trijicon, that doesnt fit the return was a nightmare and I just wanted to purchase the correct one. NO LUCK, cant get ahold of anyone I wish the CEO would go through the process for a simple question. I will move my business, the headache is not worth it!! I WISH I would get a responce so I could purchase the correct site!

I placed an order paid the invoice that was finally sent and then was told I didn’t pay the taxes so they won’t ship my order and didn’t receive any invoice for the taxes after several requests then asked for a refund and was told no refunds so I reported them to the better business bureau will never do business with them again

Your customer service stinks , you’ve had my upper for 5 weeks now nothing , no time frame, no fix, no replacement , no refund …..I will never deal with psa and there junk, I just want a refund and will do business somewhere else… not happy

I find it very difficult to understand the negative reviews as my experience has been fantastic compared to other suppliers! I recently have been ordering on line 9mm ammunition from various sellers and Palmetto provided a better quality and a much better price than the others. Also their service time for shipping and delivery was also far superior! Order date of 2/2 and received shipment on 2/5. Others have taken 2-3 weeks plus they charged twice the amount for shipping. Therefore I am extremely please with my first order experience with Palmetto! Keep up the good work Palmetto!!! Brad

Palmetto State Armory has terrible customer service. I never received my product and have never received a refund. They did send me a bogus tracking number that never worked on my order, then said that UPS lost my order. However, this product was ordered in June of this year, and as of now, September, I have yet to receive a refund. Keep your money and buy local! These people are crooks and have TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner and they don't answer the phone. Shawna Carpenter
