“This review is on there customer service not the product. I notice that as they get larger, their customer service is becoming worse and worse. i called because I had a repair issue That I knew was my fault, and I was willing to pay to have it fixed. I called and after navigate through so many automated commands to push what button I finally got ahold of somebody and that person told me to file a clame with a warranty and repairs, and he said they would contact me. The problem was I used the wrong cleaning rod and I got the rod so far in the barrel It was stuck, so I needed to replace the barrel i he even acknowledged that this was my fault. i filed the warranty claim like I was told to and all I got back was an email saying, put it in a vice and pull it out! i was dumbfounded, this person must not have known anything because any rational person would have tried that first before they called someplace. i responded to the email stating then I had tried that and that I had ripped the handle off the cleaning rod, trying to get it out. So yes, I needed a barrel, and I'm willing to pay for it. I never got a response from that email. so I went ahead and purchased a barrel from a different manufacturer. So there's p*** poor customer service is causing them to lose sales.”
“Rip off, cheap useless guns, no working phone numbers, ignored emails, etc. Bought a Boundkraft shotgun from Palmetto because the price was cheap. I should’ve known better. Gun jammed on the very first shot and continued to jammed every shot after that until I stop shooting. Emailed Palmetto and they said bluntly we can’t help you because we’re not the manufacturer, then ignored every email after that. This also came from someone’s email that was in the #Warranty division. What is the point of having a #Warranty division if you can’t help anyone. So I called the manufacturer boundkraft and they don’t even respond and there’s no working phone number for them as well. Stay far away from this rip off company and they’re cheap guns.”
“Terrible company. My son bought a foreign made 12 gauge shotgun. It’s absolute trash. They won’t do anything about it. You have to contact the maker. Well we won’t buy anything else from PSA and advise anyone who sees these to shop elsewhere”

“Absolute WORST company I've EVER dealt with. Never received my ammo I ordered. Supposedly it was delivered to my house but after extensive searching and asking local neighbors NOTHING was delivered. I even had the shipping protection which I've always had in the past and now I know after this recent issue that their "shipping protection" that you pay extra for is a complete scam! Stay far away from these deadbeats because it's unlikely you'll get what you paid for. I now paid for something I have NOTHING to show for!!!”
“Honestly I’m leaving a review for their customer service. I placed three orders on the 30th of July and now I’ve never had a problem with PSA until now. 2 of my orders were flagged as fraud. PSA made no attempt to contact me before canceling two out of my three orders that were placed. When I contacted PSA customer service on two occasions told me their fraud/finance department would get a hold of me but no one ever did. I was on a time crunch to get these parts in and PSA did more to waste my time then they did to help. On top of issuing a refund which is now gonna take a week almost for me to get back I have to spend an additional $1k plus just to get the parts I need again and there was no help with getting a faster shipping. In all seriousness this was enough for me to no longer do business with PSA. Their communication between their departments has proven to be horrible and their communication with their customer seems to be worse. Honestly very disappointed with OSA and extremely frustrated.”
“Despite the description on the PSA website AND on the package itself, these mags did not fit my H&K USP .40 cal. I tried to contact PSA through their chat bot only to be informed (multiple times) that no agents were available to help me. I finally called PSA and they gave me the run-around prior to eventually sending me an RMA number and telling me I would have to pay for return shipping (after I paid the original shipping). After returning the item and verifying that the item had been received, I had to call AGAIN to remind them I was owed a refund.
The refund? The cost of the item minus shipping (which I paid twice) and taxes.
How a vendor handles challenges is critical and PSA failed miserably.”
“Have been using them for a few years and have absolutely loved them. I recently have an issue with an order and they shipped me a wrong firearm. The issue would not be visible by the eye when inspecting it at the FFL dealer and I did not catch it for a week or so later. I reached out and they acknowledged the fact the sent me the wrong firearm and would fix the problem then will not get back to me and will not talk to me over the phone about the issue and management will not respond to any of my emails. The last call I had whatith them they were extremely rude and basically told me I didn’t know wi was talking about and would not take a moment to hear what I was saying. Very disappointing customer service and experience. I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.”
“Went to PSA today to buy a Ruger 1022 that is supposed to be on sale for the 4th of July sale. Sale price for the synthetic is 199.99 and 229.99 for the hardwood on the deals. They had the gun in stock , but was told they did not have them for that price. I drove a total of 87 miles for this. If they will not honor their sale price, They should not advertise that price. Will not be doing any more business with a company that works like that. On the way home my wife reminded me they did the same thing to my son a year or so before.”
“Ordered rifle online, paid, had it delivered to one of their stores to pick up. They would not complete my transaction because I recently updated my driver license and had the paper copy issued by the state rather than the plastic card (which would come later). I also showed them my passport and they still refused to execute the transaction. ATF website says you need a driver license OR can show passport and a proof of address, and my paper license was a legitimate state issued ID.
This company will literally not serve you because they do not like the material your state issued identification is printed on. Avoid these clowns at all costs.”
“I just purchased a handgun from Palmetto which was represented as brand new. It arrived well used, lots of scratches, greasy, rust. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM”
“Ordered two boxes of allegedly in stock .380 ammo and was told it would ship in 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later I "chatted" with an associate who told me it had shipped. It had not. I called on the phone 20 days after the order was placed and was told the order was still processing with a 3rd party vendor. I cancelled the order. This was my first and last experience.”
“Bought two parts kits that were improperly packed. No bolt catches extra mag releases. Extra mag releases were packaged in a non see-through package. How do you take pictures of something that doesn't exist. Dragging their feet about replacing what I ordered. Horrible customer service.”

“I ordered a pistol brace for my G Force Blade, similar to a CZ Scorpion. I was recommended to purchase a specific pistol brace, which did not fit, I was informed inspite of it being their recommendation that I would be responsible for return shipping and would not be refunded the original shipping charge, I am out $30 dollars for a brace that should not have been recommended. I will never do business with this company again.”
