Do not buy AAC ammo. Look at others experiences and reviews. The risk of defective ammunition is not worth the price.

Cancel three shotguns on me and expect a good review. Then, you wouldn't do nothing to help me get them changed over to a different. Shotgun. So my customers wouldn't have to wait and not get what they had ordered. Seems kind of odd to me to ask for a good review in that situation. The bad thing i've been ordered from you for years.Never really had a problem.And then when I did, you wanted to get no resolution.

I placed and order one week ago and it was flagged 6 days afterwards for potentially a fraudulent charge. I was told this was because my ship-to address being different than my billing, this caused the alarm. I called promptly afterwords and Donald told me it was pushed through. This morning I received an email saying my refund was being processed. Guess I’m going to Optics Planet or Primary Arms now.

Totally Frustrating process Spent an hour and a half online trying to purchase a firearm getting three different two factor authentication codes only to find out PSA FFL locator didn’t show my dealer which I have used with PSA three other times, really! I finally gave up and resorted to calling them the next day only to find out PSA price had gone up $50 and they would not hold the sale price for me So guess what ? I did not purchase the firearm ! very disappointed

made an order for some target stands. Let me order them as if they were in stock. Turns out they outsource to other companies who can't provide a simple tracking number. I should have just ordered on amazon. Oh and get this I cant cancel my order till it comes in. So something I should have had in like 3-5 days, I get in I'm assuming another 5-10+ days. Needed them for a company event. 2 weeks in advanced should have been plenty of time. I can't even order with confidence.

Palmetto state armory has treated me very well.. because he delivered my purchase on time. It was the person who received the package who was waiting for me for more than a week to deliver my purchase and I really did not like the experience, I only communicate it to you so that you can talk to those businesses so that they are more responsible with the delivery, thank you

They sent me a used gun and then told me to call the third party who shipped it. Said they have nothing to do with what their third party does to take it up with them. Also told me that it's in their term and use that once the transfer is completed it's my gun and they cant help me. Beware of "PSA" this is a bad business practice and bad Quality Control! I paid for a new gun advertised on their website which never stated they sold used guns or whatever they had in stock.

This review is on there customer service not the product. I notice that as they get larger, their customer service is becoming worse and worse. i called because I had a repair issue That I knew was my fault, and I was willing to pay to have it fixed. I called and after navigate through so many automated commands to push what button I finally got ahold of somebody and that person told me to file a clame with a warranty and repairs, and he said they would contact me. The problem was I used the wrong cleaning rod and I got the rod so far in the barrel It was stuck, so I needed to replace the barrel i he even acknowledged that this was my fault. i filed the warranty claim like I was told to and all I got back was an email saying, put it in a vice and pull it out! i was dumbfounded, this person must not have known anything because any rational person would have tried that first before they called someplace. i responded to the email stating then I had tried that and that I had ripped the handle off the cleaning rod, trying to get it out. So yes, I needed a barrel, and I'm willing to pay for it. I never got a response from that email. so I went ahead and purchased a barrel from a different manufacturer. So there's p*** poor customer service is causing them to lose sales.

Rip off, cheap useless guns, no working phone numbers, ignored emails, etc. Bought a Boundkraft shotgun from Palmetto because the price was cheap. I should’ve known better. Gun jammed on the very first shot and continued to jammed every shot after that until I stop shooting. Emailed Palmetto and they said bluntly we can’t help you because we’re not the manufacturer, then ignored every email after that. This also came from someone’s email that was in the #Warranty division. What is the point of having a #Warranty division if you can’t help anyone. So I called the manufacturer boundkraft and they don’t even respond and there’s no working phone number for them as well. Stay far away from this rip off company and they’re cheap guns.

Terrible company. My son bought a foreign made 12 gauge shotgun. It’s absolute trash. They won’t do anything about it. You have to contact the maker. Well we won’t buy anything else from PSA and advise anyone who sees these to shop elsewhere

I have been a customer for many years. I tried to order ammo for two weeks and the website is having so many issues it would not work. I thought it was me. I had my wife try. She could not get it to work. There are too many issues to address in this post. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Absolute WORST company I've EVER dealt with. Never received my ammo I ordered. Supposedly it was delivered to my house but after extensive searching and asking local neighbors NOTHING was delivered. I even had the shipping protection which I've always had in the past and now I know after this recent issue that their "shipping protection" that you pay extra for is a complete scam! Stay far away from these deadbeats because it's unlikely you'll get what you paid for. I now paid for something I have NOTHING to show for!!!

Honestly I’m leaving a review for their customer service. I placed three orders on the 30th of July and now I’ve never had a problem with PSA until now. 2 of my orders were flagged as fraud. PSA made no attempt to contact me before canceling two out of my three orders that were placed. When I contacted PSA customer service on two occasions told me their fraud/finance department would get a hold of me but no one ever did. I was on a time crunch to get these parts in and PSA did more to waste my time then they did to help. On top of issuing a refund which is now gonna take a week almost for me to get back I have to spend an additional $1k plus just to get the parts I need again and there was no help with getting a faster shipping. In all seriousness this was enough for me to no longer do business with PSA. Their communication between their departments has proven to be horrible and their communication with their customer seems to be worse. Honestly very disappointed with OSA and extremely frustrated.

Despite the description on the PSA website AND on the package itself, these mags did not fit my H&K USP .40 cal. I tried to contact PSA through their chat bot only to be informed (multiple times) that no agents were available to help me. I finally called PSA and they gave me the run-around prior to eventually sending me an RMA number and telling me I would have to pay for return shipping (after I paid the original shipping). After returning the item and verifying that the item had been received, I had to call AGAIN to remind them I was owed a refund. The refund? The cost of the item minus shipping (which I paid twice) and taxes. How a vendor handles challenges is critical and PSA failed miserably.

Have been using them for a few years and have absolutely loved them. I recently have an issue with an order and they shipped me a wrong firearm. The issue would not be visible by the eye when inspecting it at the FFL dealer and I did not catch it for a week or so later. I reached out and they acknowledged the fact the sent me the wrong firearm and would fix the problem then will not get back to me and will not talk to me over the phone about the issue and management will not respond to any of my emails. The last call I had whatith them they were extremely rude and basically told me I didn’t know wi was talking about and would not take a moment to hear what I was saying. Very disappointing customer service and experience. I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Went to PSA today to buy a Ruger 1022 that is supposed to be on sale for the 4th of July sale. Sale price for the synthetic is 199.99 and 229.99 for the hardwood on the deals. They had the gun in stock , but was told they did not have them for that price. I drove a total of 87 miles for this. If they will not honor their sale price, They should not advertise that price. Will not be doing any more business with a company that works like that. On the way home my wife reminded me they did the same thing to my son a year or so before.
