“Have been using them for a few years and have absolutely loved them. I recently have an issue with an order and they shipped me a wrong firearm. The issue would not be visible by the eye when inspecting it at the FFL dealer and I did not catch it for a week or so later. I reached out and they acknowledged the fact the sent me the wrong firearm and would fix the problem then will not get back to me and will not talk to me over the phone about the issue and management will not respond to any of my emails. The last call I had whatith them they were extremely rude and basically told me I didn’t know wi was talking about and would not take a moment to hear what I was saying. Very disappointing customer service and experience. I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.”
“Went to PSA today to buy a Ruger 1022 that is supposed to be on sale for the 4th of July sale. Sale price for the synthetic is 199.99 and 229.99 for the hardwood on the deals. They had the gun in stock , but was told they did not have them for that price. I drove a total of 87 miles for this. If they will not honor their sale price, They should not advertise that price. Will not be doing any more business with a company that works like that. On the way home my wife reminded me they did the same thing to my son a year or so before.”
“Ordered rifle online, paid, had it delivered to one of their stores to pick up. They would not complete my transaction because I recently updated my driver license and had the paper copy issued by the state rather than the plastic card (which would come later). I also showed them my passport and they still refused to execute the transaction. ATF website says you need a driver license OR can show passport and a proof of address, and my paper license was a legitimate state issued ID.
This company will literally not serve you because they do not like the material your state issued identification is printed on. Avoid these clowns at all costs.”

“Ordered two boxes of allegedly in stock .380 ammo and was told it would ship in 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later I "chatted" with an associate who told me it had shipped. It had not. I called on the phone 20 days after the order was placed and was told the order was still processing with a 3rd party vendor. I cancelled the order. This was my first and last experience.”
“Bought two parts kits that were improperly packed. No bolt catches extra mag releases. Extra mag releases were packaged in a non see-through package. How do you take pictures of something that doesn't exist. Dragging their feet about replacing what I ordered. Horrible customer service.”

“I ordered a pistol brace for my G Force Blade, similar to a CZ Scorpion. I was recommended to purchase a specific pistol brace, which did not fit, I was informed inspite of it being their recommendation that I would be responsible for return shipping and would not be refunded the original shipping charge, I am out $30 dollars for a brace that should not have been recommended. I will never do business with this company again.”
“Terrible experience. I have spent thousands with them over the years but during g the holidays they sent me a blemmed up gun at full price with an obviously blemmed receiver and barrel. On top of that the sight was overmolded and the stock has way too much slop and rattle. They denied covering any of it under warranty. “I've been a customer since 2018 and have spent THOUSANDS there. February of 2024 i bought a 5.7 and the matching ammo to go with it. They sent the gun to my FFL and the ammo to the wrong address. I contacted them about it and they got Fed-Ex to contact me, I never did get the $125.00 of ammo due to their mistake. After a month with no resolution I filed a claim with my VISA company and got the money refunded. A few days ago I tied to order something and it would not go through, after 30 minutes on phone with customer service they said I was blocked from purchasing anything because of the claim that was their mistake!! WTF!!”

when i walked with rifle in hand a young man came and professionly told me the policy twice or 3 times. I was humble and said I did not know the rules. I was going to buy a Glock 19 40mm and some accessoeies, when we got to the cabinet another man came up and began to rebuke again I told the guy helping me had covered that, he we o for at least 15 more seconds, I triedto shut him off by crossing my hand in front of my throat, that was the nicest way to tell I have had enough he then took the items and refused to sell to. I pointed out that he was being an AH, he knew and so did 3 or 4 others. I will forget/forgive the whole thing, if he will call me apologize, beg my forgiveness, and admit he was being a a Kevin type AH. 91957+99446”
