I ordered two GSG FIREFLIES in 2020, it took longer than they initially said it would so I asked for a refund. They emailed saying there was a delay of my order because of the pandemic. I said ok no problem, I'll wait. Once the firearms were delivered to the FFL of my choice CLYDE'S SPORTING GOODS, my family was greiving the loss of our 19 year old daughter due to COVID-19 complications, so we didn't get around to actually going to recover the guns. Well in February of this year we requested a refund apologizing for letting this slip our minds. Well Palmetto's CUSTOMER SERVICE sent the shipping labels to the FFL and once they sent the guns back to palmetto I was told in an email that my refund would be processed, and they've received and restocked their GSG FIREFLIES into Palmetto's inventory. Well that was in March. That was also the last time Palmetto ever responded to my emails. They NEVER SENT ME MY REFUND, THEY'VE OBVIOUSLY DECIDED TO JUST KEEP MY MONEY AND THEIR GUNS. I know I'll not recover my money. But I just wanted to share my experience with who I consider criminals for stealing my money. My family was greiving we didn't need these people to add insult to injury. Don't think it can't happen to you. Online there's reviews that say palmetto is famous for terrible customer service and for keeping your money from online orders. Good luck to you shoppers.

Customer service on phone was not up to standards. Everything on the site was down and no one could help with an order.

Customer service is pretty much non existent. You call and get automated assistant, live chat hours to automated assistant. Order has been on processing status for going on 4 weeks now which is insane. Email support you get an automated response. I will be canceling my order and never ever buying from them again. I will also tell everyone i know never to buy from them. This is completely unacceptable.

Absolute trash order a 9mm pistol never got it went past the 7-10 day wait time and finally called didn’t basically told me nothing now I gotta wait another week to get a full refund do yourself a favor buy local or some other site instead this absolute joke a site

This place should be charged for theft. Garbage company. Ordered some items and they shipped half of it. When I called them about the other half, they told me there was nothing they could do without pictures and said there is nothing I can do about it. When I reported them, they blocked my account and said I could never order from them again. So, you steal from your customers and then block their account when they try to recoup their money? Told them I was a Disabled vet and the Customer Service rep laughed and said, “So, do you want a cookie!” This is how Vets are treated at this company!!

I’m new to PSA and tested their service on a BB gun. I canceled the order within an hour. They still refused to cancel the order finally a notice was sent to UPS to return to sender. 20 days later I still have not received my refund of $168.98. I would not buy another thing from this company. Customer service sucks!!!

Received a broken product. To repair I have to wait 7 days just for them to approve it. Sub par product and even worse warranty. Will never buy psa again.

I ordered a 300 blk upper and recieved a 5.56 upper. Contacted customer support and was told to send pics via email. I did just that and never recieved another word weeks later. I have emailed again for a response and nothing. How can a suppodsedly "reputable" firearms manufacturer send the wrong CALIBER and not do anything about it. They should be embarrassed, if they even have a sense of shame.

Customer service at this place does not exist. All they do is forward you articles, they must be allergic to helping people understand kits. People should not purchase weapons from a company that dislikes customers so much they refuse to answer simple questions.

Palmetto State has had both quality issues and poor customer service since its beginning. I have spent lots of money with them over the years and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to no avail. on 3/15 I ordered and paid for an optic. Email on 3/16 says delivery on 3/17. 3/17 comes I receive another email indicates package is late. "Track my package" indicates item has not even left PSA. Fast forward to 3/21 optic still at PSA. So I call at 9am & automated attendant tells me to call during normal business hours (I cannot make this stuff up). So another call at 0930 and finally talk with someone who tap dances around until I ask him point blank has the optic even shipped. No it hasn't and no idea when it will. I ask for a refund. Could not get one, says they operate by email. Then I get an email from them authorizing me to RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND. So I replied confirming the item has not left their premises. If I don't have a refund from them by close of business I will be forced to take further action.

I ordered 6 boxes of ammo on 12/22/23. On 12/29/23, I received 5 boxes. I emailed PSA about the issue and was told I would be contacted in 3 business days. Cut to 7 business days and still have not heard from them. I go to the range and shoot the ammo, 1 box short, of course. I finally talk to a person on 1/8/24 and she(Customer Service rep) tells me that I need to take pictures of the box the ammo was shipped in and also the ammo itself and email it to her. I responded to her that I waited the 3 Business days like her email said, but no one contacted me. I followed their rules, but they did not. On the 5th day, I went to the range, so I can not provide pics because I have used the ammo. She tells me that there is nothing they can do without pictures. However, I did send pics of the shipping label that I had received with the package, but that was not good enough. I contacted the BBB and started a complaint and also called my bank and told them. They returned my $28 right then. This process took over a month. I go to place another order today(3/19/24) and saw that my account has been blocked. I called PSA customer service again and inquired about my account. She says that since I reported them and had a charge back from the bank, then it violates their Policy Guidelines and my account is blocked FOREVER!!!!! Are you kidding me? You steal my money and then block my account because I reported it!! Shame on you PSA!! PSA does not have any integrity at all!!!!

second time my package is have showed up soaking wet first time was guns owed them up didn't complain second time was five Red Dot Scopes and of several hundred rounds of ammunition PSA has not been any help if they want you to deal with UPS by yourself which is terrible they will not answer the phone and all you speak to the computer that will not understand you went to the facility can't find anybody it's turned into a nightmare psa's customer service is no good for nothing it states clearly if you have a claim on ammunition it will be refunded immediately not the case here it's more like you deal with it buddy

Ordered a shotgun on 02/15 and canceled on 02/19 before it shipped. Called on 03/05 was told rep would check with accounting and call me back, no call back. Called on 03/07 told cancel was processed on 02/23 and would send me a credit memo. Asked to speak to a supervisor and told they would call me back and if I disputed I would no be able to shop with them ever again,Guess what no call back. Received an email on 03/08 am showing a Credit had been issued minus shipping on 03/07 but Amex sees nothing....Called on 03/08 at 9:00am told all managers were in meeting, but someone would call me back. Called back at 2:00pm now told rep could not connect me with a manger, but would have one call me back. I am done. Disputed with AMEX. Don't care if I can shop with them again because if this is how they treat their customer I dont want to be one and neither should you.

On December 2023 I purchase 2 mags that once they arrive they failed, so I called Palmetto to return them, and so I did, but almost 3 months later I haven't received my refund, first I was told that the credit car canceled the credit, which is really strange, then another representative told me they were going to send me a check which 3 weeks later I haven't received it, now after so much time waiting, another representative said she was going to escalate the situation and it would take about 30 days, same thing I was told before, this is unacceptable, I bough many items from them and never had to return anything, but with this experience....forget it!!.. I will never buy anything else from them, It's not a comfortable situation buying something and feeling that you would have no support at all if something goes wrong. This is it, I'm done with Palmetto.

After purchasing a AK pistol I tried to contact PSA to find out what my bore size is for reloading purposes ie .308-.310. I made many attemps! only to speak to an out sourced C/S Rep who knew absolutely NOTHING and I mean NOTHING about PSA products. This company is on a downslide I would recommend buying somewhere else Gunny

Possibly the worst customer service of any company on the internet. I ordered a night vision scope that PSA had on sale and PSA had sent out in their daily email advertisement (@$550). After 7 days of it not shipping I find out it takes then 7 to 10 days to ship instock items. Ok that is ok. On the 10th they ship the package, but when it arrives it is not what I ordered. It was a AR build kit worth $100.00. The package arrived on a Friday after 6pm, so I tried to contact but no luck, customer service is only available M-F business hours. I contacted them again on Monday, they made me send a picture of the package which I did and they generated an RMA and shipping label for me. I Sent the package back out that same day. The package arrived on Thursday that week. I called customer service to find out when they would send out the right package and was told the return had not been cleared in their returns department. Until it was cleared in the return department they wouldn't send the right items. I waited a couple days and called back, I got a person that told me my return still had not been cleared. I asked them to convert it from an exchange to a refund. They told me it would be 15 days to process a refund. I also reached out to PSA on Facebook, but got a message that I would have to pay more money to get a refund. This sounds like a bunch of scammers that run the company. I called again on the day the refund was due and was told it will be an additional 10days. It has now been almost 2 months since my initial order. I do not have the night vision scope and I do not have my money. You can't get anyone that cares about the customer when you call customer service. Stay away from Palmetto State Armory if you don't want to be scammed.

I called Palmetto State Armory in Columbia at least a dozen times over a two day period with a question about an advertised firearm and got no answer. I went to a Mom and Pop sporting goods store in Columbia, was waited on as soon as I entered the store and bought the same firearm for $10 less, AND the Mom and Pop store is a mile from my home!

On February 18, 2024 I called the Columbia store eleven times over a 2 hour period attempting to speak with a human and never got through. This is an ongoing problem at this location that relects an apathetic attitude toward its customers.

This company is terrible. I've tried dealing with them for many years. Customer service is a close to zero as it gets. This time around ordered a rifle and it has not shipped in over 2 weeks of business days. I've emailed them twice and no response in over a week. Called and just got automated service, told me my order had been refunded and shipped, how could that be? To be fair sometimes you get lucky and your item actually ships fast or not--like this time. Whoever runs this company should be fired. Among the worst firearms sites on the internet, had so many problems I think this will be my last order after many years of trying to do business with these knuckleheads.
